WIRE NOVEMBER TABLE TALK 2021
Table Talk 2021 is a monthly series of discussion forums designed to connect and empower women from all levels in the reinsurance industry by pairing six (6) WiRe members with two (2) Mentors over a private meal. As November marks our final Table Talk for 2021 this event will be a dinner.

About The Event
WiRe Table Talk 2021 will foster relationships and support professional growth through the exchange of ideas on business practices, industry events, career growth and personal development.
Each forum will engage six (6) WiRe member participants with two (2) Mentors over a private meal at Ascot's.
WiRe members will have the opportunity to learn from an extensive list of accomplished leaders in reinsurance who will guide the Table Talk 2021 discussions by sharing focused insights, encouragement and guidance on subjects such as:
- business/ industry hot topics
- personal, professional development

Sylvia Oliveira is Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Wilton Re Bermuda, where she works with clients to enhance their value through the reinsurance and acquisition of inforce blocks of life insurance products. Sylvia is also Chief Risk Officer for the Wilton Re group, where she has implemented and oversees the global ERM framework.
Sylvia has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, including senior roles at John Hancock and Chubb Tempest Life Re, working with a broad range of life insurance and reinsurance product lines.
As a Chair of BILTIR (Bermuda International Life Insurers and Reinsurers) and a director of ABIC (Association of Bermuda International Companies), Sylvia actively advocates for the Bermuda business community and its growing life reinsurance sector.
Sylvia is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). She hold Bachelors and Masters degrees in Mathematics from Boston University.
Natalie Chiaramonte joined Sovereign as a Research Analyst in 2001 and quickly transitioned to underwriting with responsibility for a number of Sovereign’s key clients. Throughout her time at Sovereign, Natalie has gained experience underwriting both political and non-payment risks for a diverse group of Sovereign’s client base, including international commercial and investment banks, corporates, exporters, traders, multilaterals, export credit agencies and private equity investors. She was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2015, and since then she has been working with Sovereign’s President in all aspects of the company’s management, including strategic planning and forecasting, business development and marketing, client and broker relationships, claims, the formulation and implementation of underwriting strategies, as well as reinsurance procurement.
Prior to joining Sovereign, Natalie worked at the Bank of Bermuda (now HSBC) in Bermuda, Luxembourg, and New York where she managed top client relationships for the Global Fund Services Division. Natalie has a BA in History from Brown University in Rhode Island, USA and speaks French.
